All About Me

Hello! My name is Mallory. Since my younger days in the neighborhood of Easton Estates in Kingsford, Michigan where I grew up – I was always the kid out with a camera taking pictures of children I babysat. I would then place the images in frames and wrap them up to give to their parents at Christmas.. This love of photography was a hobby from a very early age.

In November 2009, I was was gifted a box from my now-husband Caleb. This box was filled with my first Nikon camera that I could have only dreamed of owning, but my college self couldn't afford it. With that gift, I began my journey of taking a hobby and turning into in a creative outlet that has turned into Mallory Kate Photography.

Since the creation of my business, I have been blessed with the opportunity to meet over two hundred different families. In this small portion of time that seems to never seems to slow down, I love that I have the ability to capture your family in the now. Years down the road you will thank yourself for spending that time as you will have these moments to look back on.

Oh and a little more about me.. I love my dogs, crafting, swimming, traveling, and highly dislike very much being late. Oh yes, and I love chocolate, barns, fields, anything rustic, and highly dislike snakes very much.
